We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Business Intelligence, dashboards, and reporting for the Sales Development area within our organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Act as a focal point for Sales Development Business Intelligence and reporting across different teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with global reporting standards.
- Align with marketing measurement and criteria for Engagement Records count, and measure SLA (Service Level Agreements) from different teams.
- Consolidate and prepare dashboards and presentations for Sales Development, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance compliance requirements with the dynamic needs of our sales teams, customers, and organization as a whole.
