Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Audit Specialist to join our team. This role involves delivering moderate to high complexity audit assignments, risk assessments, and internal control reviews.

  • Deliver high-quality audit results and solutions through demonstrated creativity and professional expertise.
  • Perform quality reviews of the work of associates and specialists, maintaining a high level of accountability.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, utilizing advanced functional skills and special knowledge in several areas.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement effective internal controls within SAP's environment, performing regular assessments and testing.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with GR&AS functions, identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  3. Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and managers, presenting messages and work results within defined processes and policies.
  4. Drive end-to-end projects independently, taking sole responsibility for project delivery.
Experience & Language Requirements
  • Accounting knowledge (IFRS/GAAP/IIA Standards, IDW PS-340)
  • General knowledge of the International Standards for the professional practice of Internal Auditing
  • Knowledge in MS Office and SAP products preferred
  • General knowledge of the COSO and/or COBIT models a plus
  • General knowledge of the SOX Act a plus
  • Bilingual preferred - fluent in written and spoken English required; Local language skills required
Education

University Degree (e.g. in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, IT/Computer Science or Law)

  • Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP)
  • Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
