Job Title:
Ambassador of Quality Assurance and Compliance

As an Ambassador of Quality Assurance and Compliance, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risk through effective management of quality owned/generated data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as this role involves collaborating with internal colleagues and external clients to drive quality culture and enhance client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend regional Biotech/BPL meetings to collaborate on trends and metrics
  • Assess quality owned/generated data to identify risks and develop strategies for mitigation
  • Provide information on GQC structure, function, and standard processes to internal colleagues and external clients
  • Attend portfolio level client meetings to represent PPD GQC
  • Participate in Biotech client specific Clinical Quality Agreement discussions/negotiation
  • Develop and maintain tools to facilitate execution of defined quality management systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success in quality assurance and compliance
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Effective understanding of strategic priorities and business needs
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to mentor and coach staff
  • Ability to develop and execute sound strategies
  • Excellent judgment and decision making skills
  • Strong influencing and motivation skills
  • Demonstrated organizational, time-management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands/work load
  • Proven flexibility and adaptability
  • Expert negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of ICH GCP and other relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • Excellent writing and computer skills; ability to learn and become proficient with appropriate software

  • Able to work upright and stationary for typical working hours
  • Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency
