**Job Summary**

As the Regulatory Head Brazil at Steincares, you will be responsible for leading the Brazilian regulatory area, ensuring that all matters related to submissions, maintenance, and renewals are completed on time and functioning efficiently. This role requires a strategic leader who can standardize regulatory and quality processes, define strategies to reach markets quickly, and manage suppliers and regulatory documentation in Brazil.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the Brazilian regulatory and quality departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Standardize regulatory and quality processes to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to launch products in the Brazilian market.
  • Manage suppliers and regulatory documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Obtain and update information on legal provisions and regulatory developments.
  • Collaborate with official entities, regulatory authorities, and notifying institutions to request registration authorizations and defend company projects.

**Requirements**

  • Pharmacy degree required.
  • 5 years of experience in regulatory intelligence, including identifying potential changes, legal and sanitary visits, and working with commercial teams.
  • Regulatory experience with pharma, innovators, and niche - Biologics required.
  • Oral English required, Spanish desirable.
