We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Developer to lead our engineering team in the design and development of our design platform.

This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical decisions, contribute to engineering best practices, and mentor junior engineers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing scalable frontend solutions
  • Maintaining and improving existing codebase
  • Collaborating with backend engineers to integrate frontend features
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers

A minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern frontend development principles, including JavaScript, React, and Redux.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and React
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with GraphQL and Elastic Search
  • Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques
