Global Quality Assurance and Learning Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic leader to oversee our Quality Assurance (QA) and Learning & Development (L&D) teams.

This role will lead both operationally embedded teams and central teams responsible for global standardization and innovation, as well as the Critical Channels team which manages high-visibility channels such as social media and ombudsman channels.

The successful candidate will drive performance in the International Business Group, ensure alignment with global standards, and identify opportunities for innovation to elevate the customer experience and overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead QA and L&D teams to ensure compliance with performance standards and policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy through technology adoption.
  • Define QA and L&D strategies to inform process improvements and drive continuous development.
  • Oversee L&D operations to uphold global standards while adapting to regional needs.
  • Manage Critical Channels to ensure timely, accurate, and brand-aligned engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • 8+ years of experience in CX, QA, L&D, or related leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing multi-country teams in a global operations environment.
