Our organization seeks a highly skilled Software Development Professional to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing high-performance software applications across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
The successful candidate will collaborate with users, analysts, and cross-functional teams to define software needs and translate them into functional solutions.
We are looking for an individual with strong technical skills, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement high-performance software applications.
- Collaborate with users, analysts, and cross-functional teams to define software needs.
- Work with Polarion ALM for requirements management, testing, and quality assurance.
- Apply modern development standards to architect scalable, testable, and secure systems.
- Contribute to solution modeling, system interface definitions, and deployment planning.
- Participate in test reviews, analysis, and certification processes for production-ready software.
- 3–5 years of hands-on software development experience with .NET, Java, or equivalent technologies.
- Strong working knowledge of Polarion ALM, including template configuration, dashboards, and traceability.
- Understanding of ALM–PLM integration, system architectures, and non-functional requirements.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, messaging (JMS/SOAP), and agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (e.g., AWS), and containerization (Docker/Fargate).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with Windchill PLM, Oracle, and enterprise integration tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks like IEC 61508 or CMMC.
- Exposure to Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices-based design.
