  • Create visual elements for educational experiences aligned with objectives.

  • Maintain a consistent visual style that's age-appropriate and accessible to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas and solutions for presenting content in innovative ways.
  • Develop engaging animations and motion graphics to enhance student learning and understanding.
Key Responsibilities:

As a talented Designer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing graphics, illustrations, and visual elements for educational experiences.
  • Working with curriculum and content teams to develop designs that support educational goals.
  • Ensuring a consistent visual style across all projects.
  • Collaborating with the team to brainstorm creative ideas and solutions.
  • Developing engaging animations and motion graphics to enhance student learning.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic and UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator; experience with animation tools like After Effects, Blender, or similar.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and animation work.
  • An understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout principles.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles and how students engage with content.
