Are you passionate about technology and looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Analyst to join our team at Productminds in São Paulo, with a regional scope.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement a Lead Generation strategy.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify business needs and provide Marketing Qualified Leads.
- Utilize digital marketing channels, social media, and SEO to grow Productminds' user base.
- Build a database based on predefined criteria from the lead strategy and design workflows in HubSpot.
- Automate, optimize, and integrate the Lead Generation strategy through HubSpot to maximize lead capture efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust the strategy as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with B2B marketing trends and best practices.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (implementing Marketing Lead Generation strategies).
- Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is required.
- Expertise in Growth & Automation Marketing is highly desired.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Zapier, Apollo, and Meet Alfred (or similar) is necessary.
- CLT and health and dental care fully covered by Minders (Porto Seguro).
- A multicultural team that speaks three languages in the same conversation (Spanish, English, and Portuguese).
