About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Grow Enrollments. As a Paid Search Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Paid Search and Shopping Campaigns on Google and Microsoft Ads for a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet client goals, including campaign structure, keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid strategy management.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of client accounts to identify areas for improvement and optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as Conversions, CPA/ROAS, and budget pacing to make necessary adjustments to ensure client goals are achieved.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to draw actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Create comprehensive weekly reports to communicate campaign performance, trends, and opportunities to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Lead weekly client calls with other internal teams to review client account performance and discuss any items related to the management of their account.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the paid advertising space, particularly within the Google Ads ecosystem.
  • Foster strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and proactively identifying additional opportunities to add value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Conversion Rate Optimization, to ensure seamless campaign execution and deliver outstanding results for clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to assist in the creation and presentation of comprehensive account audits for prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in day-to-day management of Google Ads campaigns, including Paid Search and Shopping Campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and tracking implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a keen focus on delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term partnerships.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other paid advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads or DV360, is a bonus.
  • Highly reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results, even in a remote work environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with and work with other team members and act as the Lead on your assigned accounts.
