Experienced Project Leader

Join us in our search for a seasoned project manager to lead our team. This role requires a high level of organization, planning, and prioritization, with excellent leadership skills and strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and execute project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and financial control.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Partner with sales and leadership teams to support pre-sales efforts, showcase capabilities, and help close new business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and career development.
- Implement best practices in project management (Agile/Disciplined Agile), continuously improving delivery processes and removing bottlenecks.
- Monitor and manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, profitability, and compensation oversight.
- Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely issue escalation.
- Identify and address delivery risks and critical issues before client exposure.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support team promotions and internal career progression.
- Coordinate recruiting efforts in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to build strong project teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fixed-price and short-term projects, pre-sale experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions and pre-sales activities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers.
- Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes.
- Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
- High level of organization, planning, prioritization, and attention to detail; Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate, and influence across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English Level.
