Job Description

We are seeking an experienced FX Wire Transfer Investigation professional to join our team. As an Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for providing analytical and technical support to FX-related functions, including customer services, front office sales, and stakeholder communication.

  • You will perform research in response to inquiries from internal or external clients regarding FX wire processing and follow up on pending issues.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external clients regarding all aspects of FX wire processing.
  • Analyze incoming foreign currency payment orders and classify them accordingly.
  • Analyze SWIFT messages and perform FX wire transfers and returns.
  • Ensure timely FX settlement, meeting SLAs and policies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of the FX wire transfer operation.
  • Process FX wire transfer investigation tasks, OFAC, FX rules, stop/hold verification, service messages, and wire amendments.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations impacting FX Wire Transfer Operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in a related role
  • Fluent English language written and verbal skills
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
  • Flexibility and organization to work with tight deadlines
