Job Summary

This position involves leading a high-performing software engineering team, ensuring they are well engaged and motivated while achieving their objectives.

You will be responsible for being the liaison between the Centre of Excellence and Business to provide project updates, answer questions and coordinate required testing/deployment activities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing enterprise-level applications with IPA tools and a strong understanding of UiPath tool set (UiPath Studio, Orchestrator).

S/he must be able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects and have experience developing and consuming APIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet Design, Develop and test solutions to automate processes, activities and tasks through RPA and Power Platform
  • Lead a team of software engineers ensuring they are well engaged, motivated and contented while achieving their objectives
  • Responsible for being the liaison between the CoE and Business to provide project updates, answer questions and coordinate required testing/deployment activities
  • Create document libraries, custom lists and their corresponding features
  • Design, implement and support RPA, PowerApps and Power Automate solutions
  • Responsible for enhancements and new development
  • Maintain and enhance engagement with business, continuous improvement and IT partners
  • Promote, enhance and maintain technical knowledge via benchmarking, seminars, webinars etc.
  • Mentoring & retaining a high-performance team of junior developers
  • Assigning team responsibilities/work allocations, maintaining job descriptions, monitoring competency building, tasks and quality
  • Developing performance standards and communicating the Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Requirements
  • Extensive experience developing enterprise-level applications with IPA tools
  • Degree in computer science, IT or relevant field; MSc/MBA in business is a plus
  • Experience in performing operations and support for a wide range of business users (areas such as office automation, finance, accounting etc.)
  • Strong experience using UiPath tool set (UiPath Studio, Orchestrator)
  • 2+ years' experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, C#, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net
  • Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language)
  • Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects
  • Experience developing and consuming APIs
