Financial Analyst Opportunity in Remote Work

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in a remote work setting.

  • This is a mid-level position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience as an analyst in a previous company.
  • The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Excel and be proficient in financial systems such as Totvs, SAP, Netsuite, Conta Azul, Omie, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Register clients' transactions, payment settlements, and bank reconciliations within established deadlines.
  • Monitor receipt of necessary documents for clients' financial closing process.
  • Prepare and provide reports for financial analysis of each client company, including accounts receivable and payable, cash flow, managerial income statement, and revenue and expense report by cost center.
  • Ensure accurate registration of transactions in clients' bank accounts and include payments in their bankline system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, or Financial Management – or currently pursuing a degree in one of these fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mid-level Analyst in a previous company.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
