Senior Procurement Analyst Position

As a critical member of our organization, the Procurement Senior Analyst will play a key role in sourcing and developing after-sales accessories and spare parts for vehicles in the Brazilian and Mexican markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and manage procurement risks, standardize and optimize procurement processes.
  • Responsible for other procurement tasks for factory operations, ensuring timely procurement of SOP and production requirements.
  • Develop work plans, complete assigned tasks, control work quality, and report process issues.
  • Implement company procurement strategies, procure indirect materials, fixed assets, outsourcing services, and meet various department needs.
  • Continuously reduce procurement costs through price negotiation, localization replacement, brand replacement, introduction of new suppliers, material optimization, and other measures.
  • Manage and improve procurement modes, optimize operation processes, enhance overall work efficiency, shorten procurement cycles, and elevate supplier material and service quality.
  • Participate in procurement project negotiations, contract signing, payment, material management, supplier management, related party management, and other work, following procurement regulations to ensure smooth indirect procurement progress.

The ideal candidate should possess operating experience in e-procurement systems, mandatory previous experience in direct purchasing or after-sales & accessories parts development, desirable previous experience in Indirect Procurement with Production Auxiliary Materials, Machines Spare Parts, and services. A degree in Engineering (desirable) or Administration is required, along with fluency in English and advanced Spanish skills.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, strong ability to work under pressure, and self-discipline. They will also be able to read drawings, conduct supplier development and production preparation, and use data analysis and Office software effectively.
