Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor key performance indicators such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates; utilize insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure visual appeal and alignment with brand guidelines.

Paid Media Strategies:

  • Design and implement paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to achieve specific marketing objectives.
  • Oversee advertising budgets, ensuring optimal spending across campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Develop compelling ad copy and select suitable visuals to capture audience attention and drive conversions.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to ensure targeted ads reach relevant users.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identifying trends and insights to refine and enhance future efforts.
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as cost-per-click (CPC), click-through rate (CTR), and conversion rate.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Strong ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
