About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Textile Engineer to join our Finishing Production team at GBU Coatis. As a key member of our industrial department, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing studies and projects to improve quality, productivity, and safety.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and executing studies and projects to improve quality, productivity, and safety
- Participating in and leading the management and evolution of the area's efficiency indicators
- Participating in and contributing to the transformation and creation of the site digital culture
- Participating in and contributing to the cultural transformation of the Santo André site
About you
We are looking for a candidate with a relevant education degree or equivalent in Textile Engineering or Chemical Engineering. Experience in digital tools, team leadership, project coordination, and experience with dyeing Polyamide is a plus. Green or Black belt certification is also desirable.
