Senior Regional Operations Manager

The Regional Director plays a vital role in leading daily operations within their assigned region. Their key responsibility is to develop operational plans that drive growth in on-site and online courses.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise multiple sites within the region, managing typically between 25-40 staff members.
- Lead regional staff hiring, training, and daily management.
- Coach, monitor, and evaluate employee performance through various channels.
- Collaborate with government/military representatives at each site within the region.
- Develop high-level enrollment, recruitment, retention, and outreach strategies.
- Manage faculty course loads and create regional class schedules.
- Collaborate with headquarters and field offices on outreach events and manage regional marketing calendars.
- Interpret and analyze data to support enrollment-generating activities and business efficiencies.
- Ensure regional operations meet policy standards from an academic, testing, and contract perspective.
