Cultural Ambassador

As a Culture Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing various activities to foster a positive company culture. This includes developing strategies based on insights and analysis of employee needs and business objectives.

You will be the driving force behind monthly themed events and traditional festival celebrations, staying up-to-date with industry trends and social hotspots. Your ability to iterate and adapt plans will be crucial in ensuring these events are engaging and relevant to employees.

In addition to event planning, you will coordinate large-scale projects, taking ownership of plan formulation, resource allocation, implementation, and evaluation. You must be able to handle complex projects and ensure qualitative and quantitative indicators meet expectations.
