Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition specialist to assist in finding skilled engineers for our clients in Sweden.

The country requires approximately 30,000 engineers by 2030, and we have roughly 200 open positions for software engineers.

This role involves building trust with potential candidates, as relocating to another country can be a significant life change.

You will be part of a global team that supports your tasks. We handle all relocation-related matters, including visa applications, work permits, travel arrangements, housing, and more.

Our clients operate primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.

Key Responsibilities
  • At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment or similar technical background.
  • A well-established network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and flexibility.
  • High-quality services and brand awareness.
  • Understanding of headhunting principles and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
