As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include supporting laundry operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.

  • Support the delivery of exceptional guest services by ensuring efficient laundry operations.
  • Provide pressing, sewing, and other similar services to ensure guests have a comfortable stay.
  • Manage guest requests promptly and respond to their needs with care.
  • Maintain linen rooms and uniform stores, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
  • Report maintenance and hazard issues to the relevant teams for prompt attention.

  • Previous laundry experience is advantageous but not essential.
