About the Job

This is a key accounting role within NielsenIQ, supporting the organization's global operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the local controller and corporate offices.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate financial information is recorded and reported in accordance with local regulations, USGAAP, and IFRS.
  • Conduct regular reconciliation and accounting books reviews.
  • Support the Share Service Centers across the organization.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Prepare and review reports and analysis for the local controller and corporate.
  • Participate in closing activities and collaborate with internal clients to ensure accurate BS/P&L allocations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience in accounting, with a focus on closing activities, reconciliation, and accounting books reviews.
  • Knowledge of local accounting principles, USGAAP, and IFRS.
  • English proficiency – advanced or fluent.
  • Spanish desirable.
