About the Role:

As an AI Driven Engineer, you will be responsible for developing backend applications for KYC processes and banking operations. You will prepare and submit regulatory reports to the relevant authorities and develop and maintain comprehensive automated test suites.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Developing complex distributed systems at scale using Ruby on Rails;
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and other engineering teams;
  • Mentoring and developing other engineers, contributing to team growth and technical excellence;
  • Debugging and resolving complex production issues;
  • Analyzing customer profiles for risk management and onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails development;
  • Strong systems architecture and coding/scripting skills;
  • Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka);
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian financial ecosystem and regulatory requirements;
  • Advanced English communication skills.
