A global leader in eletrodomestic manufacturing is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join its Manufacturing Data Hub team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with big data, designing and developing scalable data pipelines, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery, and maintaining high data quality and security standards.

Job Description

The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for ingesting, processing, and transforming large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources, implementing efficient processes to meet business needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and Scala.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including data governance, data quality, and data security.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
