Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative business process applications for our customers, leveraging your expertise in software development and business process automation.
  • Translate business requirements into specific features and design end-to-end solutions for both internal and customer applications, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or minor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Decision Information Science, Business, or a related program, or equivalent work experience in software development.
  • Multiple years of experience managing software development projects, with a strong understanding of data models and software development methodologies.
  • Expertise in SQL, OLAP, OLTP, Oracle, or other relational database management systems and NoSQL systems such as Cassandra and MongoDB.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to serve multiple clients, perform software demos to new clients, and generate pre-sales opportunities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work from home up to 50%, with travel up to 50%, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Essential to be detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous employment in an IT-focused consulting services company, with experience in agile framework and associated scrum methodology.
  • Experience in non-traditional IT roles that have given you insight into business models and ways of working, with a strong understanding of business process automation and software development.
  • Past experience with BPMN workflow tools such as Camunda, with a strong understanding of workflow automation and software development.
  • Experience with User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design and best practices, with a strong understanding of user-centered design and software development.
  • Understanding of web design, especially HTML, with a strong understanding of web development and software development.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and other integration technologies, with a strong understanding of software development and integration.
