Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Sales Representative to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, including product launches and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives and meet sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the FMCG/CPG industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
