We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of IT Logistics Associate. As an IT Logistics Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics activities.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure day-to-day operational logistics activities run efficiently and effectively.
- Complete and supervise materials and equipment requests in a timely manner.
- Inspect received goods and report any damages or discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare items for processing, shipment, or transportation as required.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments and conduct inbound services with precision.
- Support teams with internal moves, additions, and changes to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Receive and process equipment shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Perform physical or administrative tasks related to storing and distributing products.
- Participate in general inventory procedures, including regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Experience working in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
- Familiarity with inventory management tools is desired.
- Excellent communication and time management skills are necessary.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Team-oriented and professional demeanor is expected.
