About The Role

">About The Job ">
  • We've launched a new D2C product in LegalTech/Utilities space and need a Lead Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js). You'll be responsible for hands-on development, architectural decisions, and building/guiding small engineering teams as the product scales.
  • This role is ideal for someone technically sharp, highly accountable, and ready to step into ownership and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of core product components from concept to deployment.
  • Collaborate with Product team to design scalable/maintainable architectures.
  • Participate in/lead code reviews, ensuring best practices across the team.
  • Mentor junior/mid-level developers, providing guidance/growth.
  • Contribute to hiring/onboarding new team members.
  • Maintain high code quality/application performance in fast-paced/high-traffic environment.
  • Set up/improve CI/CD pipelines/development workflows.
  • Monitor/debug/stabilize/scalability of the system.
  • Help shape engineering culture as the team grows. ">

Qualifications

">
  • At least 4 years of experience with Next.js for full-stack application development.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Next.js App Router.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript/modern ReactJS.
  • Experience leading small team in continuous deployment environment.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines/Docker/cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS, Cloudflare).
  • Solid understanding of PostgreSQL/Redis/performance tuning/schema design.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks/analytics to drive product decisions.
  • Familiarity with CMS (preferably Payload). ">

  • A proactive mindset - you spot issues before they become problems/take ownership.
