Salesforce Integration Specialist

As a key player in the digital landscape, we are seeking an accomplished Salesforce Integration Specialist to spearhead the integration of our enterprise sales platform with various external systems. This strategic role will be pivotal in bridging business strategy and technology execution.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of the enterprise salesforce platform with different external systems like SAP/ERP, Eloqua, data warehouse, custom applications etc.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, platform architects, software engineers, and global product owners to inform and align on requirements.
• Analyze information from source/target systems with Salesforce objects/fields and collaborate to confirm mappings, transformation, and/or need of additional data fields.
• Lead mapping and requirements discussions with business to confirm data being integrated and discuss additional logic that needs to be handled by integration.
• Orchestrate the execution of integration scope, schedule, dependencies, and cross-collaboration within IT and business, maintaining transparency in reporting status, progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Create and maintain mapping documents to support the integration.
• Collaborate with software engineers through integration development and support.
• Coordinate/user acceptance testing with business to confirm integrations are working.
• Own product roadmap for Salesforce integration.
• Facilitate defining Rolling Roadmap for multiple years along with OKRs and KPIs.
• Facilitate Quarterly Planning and Business Review.
• Create user stories for desired solution functionality.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure & Operations to define Release plan.
