At our company, we are seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy professional to join our global product steward team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, completeness, and consistency of global product data across our systems. They will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our global product hierarchy, supporting data governance initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold data integrity and drive business value.

Responsibilities
  • Data Quality Management: Collaborate with regional data product owners to define and implement global data quality standards and processes.
  • Product Data Governance: Partner with business teams to identify, investigate, and resolve product data quality issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Automation and Integration: Work with IT to define requirements for a product Master Data Management (MDM) solution and automate manual data stewardship tasks.
  • Data Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on data quality, completeness, and usability metrics to key stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

  • Intermediate level experience in a data stewardship, data science, or related data management role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis tools).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions and enterprise data management platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
