Job Title: Executive Pastry Chef
Job Summary:
Culinary Arts professionals are invited to apply for the role of Executive Pastry Chef at Ilsd International. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing pastry and bakery operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage pastry and bakery operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance the guest experience.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food presentation.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to USPH and IMO regulations.
Provide coaching and training to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
Proven experience in pastry and bakery operations, preferably in a 5-star property or cruise line.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, including USPH and IMO regulations.
