Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of professional marketing experience, with a strong background in data-driven decision making and media planning.

The Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective media strategies across various channels, including TVOD, SVOD, Sports, and On-Off line media. This includes identifying new opportunities within vendors (Google, Meta, TikTok, OOH and TV broadcasters etc.), testing aggressively, and scaling our media efforts.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and delivering dashboards, reports, guidelines, and insights to senior leadership. They will conduct in-depth analysis on performance marketing results, optimize growth strategy, and develop innovative digital panels for real-time understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage paid media campaigns to increase lead generation through segmentation and optimization.
  • Coordinate precision marketing (customer data driven) of all impacts, offering the best insights and proposal of new activities.
  • Guarantee up-to-date dashboards (-48 hours).
  • Develop and innovate digital panels for competitive advantage.
  • Interface with Paid Search, propose improvements on Keywords and Ads.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Fluent English: capable of writing, speaking, and presenting in English.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
