Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Pw Ecosystem

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the development of end-to-end solutions offerings in the Telecom Ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess domain knowledge of Telecom Access solutions and experience in dealing with third-party companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create third-party product requirements and build Ecosystem partners portfolios based on product offerings, pricing, and geo-locations.
  • Work closely with the pre-sales and end customers to understand requirements and conduct technical evaluations of each partner's offerings.
  • Conduct IOT/Staging testing of third-party products to validate critical solutions and support Sales and pre-sales teams with solution offerings and cost budgeting during the Offer Development stage.
  • Discuss available product offerings with the customer and provide various options that meet project and customer requirements.
  • Be fully responsible for the solution and design of the third-party recommended products and support the Professional Services team during and after installation.
  • Be the single point of contact for third-party eco-system partners, responsible for negotiating agreements and managing relationships during relevant customer engagements.
  • Work with the operations team to include approved solutions in the PW price list and collaborate with Procurement to source the right products with the required specifications.
  • Handle multi-ethnic teams and multiple vendors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10-12 years of Product Management experience with Telecom systems.
  • Good understanding of microwave, Power, and Antenna solutions available in the market, with a plus for understanding of telecom site Civil works and tower installations.
  • Well-versed with Schedules, Scope, RAM, SLA, execution/deployment, Customer Acceptance, Cost, and Quality in Wireless telecom space.
  • Thorough understanding of the Project Risk assessment and Mitigation in the wireless telecom industry.
  • Thorough understanding of managing Partners/Vendors before, during, and after project execution.
  • Thorough understanding of spare part management including warranties and RMA processes.
  • Excellent Verbal and Communication Skills.
  • Ability to Travel as needed.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's (B.S) degree with 10-12 years of experience in the Telecommunication or Network Industry.
