Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with key account global and regional clients, manage supply to support sales teams, and be part of a agile team that drives business results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the customer collaboration agenda for your market or set of customers, improving value and service while increasing supply chain efficiency through effective process implementation.
  • Lead a team to achieve performance targets, including customer satisfaction, delivery accuracy, and deductions through effective process implementation.
  • Create a high-performing team by developing, coaching, delegating, and leading a team that drives business results while giving them opportunities to grow within the organization.
Requirements:
  • A desire to drive business growth and accelerate career advancement.
  • Experience in CS&L function, ideally with knowledge of customer supply chain management.
  • Cross-functional experience (sales, CS&L controlling, demand planning, logistics, and warehousing knowledge).
  • SAP, information systems, process design, standard operating procedures.
  • Experience leading and developing a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights into action with a focus on delivering to timelines and KPIs.
  • Great interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
