Technical Leadership Role

As a seasoned technical leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving our technology strategy and team's success. We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our dynamic team and lead the way in developing innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in leading teams and delivering projects in a product-driven environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in backend development (Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, PostgreSQL, AWS) and optionally frontend development, with a track record of delivering scalable systems.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
