Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Cost Analyst to join our finance team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency, ensuring accurate information, and providing security for decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

• Cost Analysis: Analyze price evolutions of purchases and costs.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain managerial reports, as well as compile monthly closing reports.
• Manufacturing Costs: Consolidate the calculation and analysis of manufacturing costs and C.P.V. (Costs of Products Sold).
• Branch Office Management: Consolidate all branch offices of Amcor Brasil in the area of costs.
• Cost Classification: Guide in the classification of fixed and variable costs.
• Production Cost Calculation: Carefully calculate production costs on a monthly basis, accounting for direct and indirect costs, labor costs, expenses, and materials necessary to compose product prices sold.
• Audit: Audit Internal and External follow-up.
• Compliance: Ensure that all activities are performed in accordance with internal procedures and Sox requirements;
• Product Safety: Ensure the safety of the product through the implementation of BPF (Good Manufacturing Practices) methods in the company;
• Quality Management: Communicate any occurrence that may have an impact on product safety or affect the quality management system.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in: Preferably Accounting, Administration, or Economics.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Cost Accounting Knowledge: Knowledge of Cost Accounting.
• Desirable Skills:
• Language Skills: Intermediate English level.
• Additional Requirements: Industrial Cost experience.
