About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and use your skills in a technical organisation that's working at the forefront of responsible sourcing and production of agricultural commodities.

Responsibilities Include:
  1. Develop a global training strategy with regional directors
  2. Manage e-learning teams and strategies for internal and external online courses
  3. Support specific training requests, guiding teams on content and format
  4. Support capacity building training program for Responsible Sourcing teams
  5. Maintain an overview of all internal and external training across the organisation
  6. Provide quality control on training material
  7. Develop a robust monitoring and evaluation system for training activities
  8. Work with communications teams to promote training
