Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SAP iXp Intern to join our Product Support team in São Leopoldo, RS- Brazil (hybrid). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, analyzing and resolving reported incidents, and participating in global projects to improve our support processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage incoming incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide state-of-the-art support services to customers, enabling them to implement and operate their SAP solutions efficiently.
  • Analyze and resolve reported incidents using knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing entries or hardware parameters.
  • Perform root cause analysis of reported incidents to identify and address underlying issues.
  • Deflect incidents through knowledge sharing, moderating forums, and other means.
  • Participate in global projects to improve support processes, infrastructure requirements, and quality assurance.
  • Report errors to Development and provide consulting services to customers on procedural issues and queries.

Requirements

  • University students enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (Java, C++, ABAP/4, Python, Javascript, etc.) is desirable.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP Business Processes would be a benefit.
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
