We're searching for a skilled Healthcare Compliance Lead Specialist to join our team in Sao Paulo. This role will be responsible for maintaining and guaranteeing our Healthcare Compliance program and transactions for Janssen Brazil Organization. The successful candidate will support the development and organization of trainings, communications from HCC, provide metrics, transaction approvals, and be responsible for HCC's policies and SOP.

This role will also be responsible for supporting the area in regards to the Compliance Program elements. The ideal candidate will focus on maintaining high HCC standards and bringing innovation to our team. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in HCC reviews and approvals for critical interactions with Health Care Professionals & Government Officials
  • Serving as a point of contact for communication to the business for reviewing local transactions, requests, and documentation
  • Supporting the HCC Manager with the implementation of Communication and Training strategy
  • Maintaining training and communication records, employee certification, and training attendance records
  • Assisting in HCC reviews and approvals for any interaction with Health Care Professionals & Government Officials
  • Responsible for the harmonization, preparation, updating, and implementation of all HCC written policies and procedures on an ongoing basis
  • Working closely with Global/Regional HCC organizations to implement business-specific policies and SOP's and customize education & training materials to reflect these requirements
  • Supporting, collecting, and providing metrics related to HCC activities
  • Supporting the HCC Manager in activities related to governance process in HCC area
  • Carrying out day-to-day tasks such as data collection, analysis, and reporting

Requirements for this role include:

  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards is a benefit
  • Industry-related experience preferred: HCC, Regulatory Affairs, and Compliance Experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industries
  • Ability to manage conflicts in an open and constructive manner
  • Must be able to work effectively under time pressure
  • Proven track record in delivering results, self-starter, and ability to manage complexity a must
  • Ability to work independently and in a detailed manner. Resilient and hands-on
  • Requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Advanced English is required
