Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to internal and external customers via phone and email.

  • Technical Support: Provide product support to customers, identifying and resolving basic product issues using data collection, troubleshooting, and remote connections to customer systems.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to collect and compile detailed information about complaints and document them in the complaint management system.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement efforts and deliver the best customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biomedicine, Biology, Biotechnology, or Engineering.
  • 1-2 years of related work experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.

Additional requirements include:

  • Experience working with commercial computer application packages and CRM systems.
  • A strong customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
