We are seeking an ambitious professional to lead our compliance strategy in Sao Paulo. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to design and implement comprehensive compliance structures.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain effective whistleblower programs, anti-corruption initiatives, and general law compliance frameworks.
- Oversee regulation compliance across all operations, ensuring alignment with legal and ethical standards.
- Manage Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, minimizing risk and ensuring regulatory adherence.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure seamless applicability and compliance across the organization.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication across global teams.
- Experience in running in-house compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
- Background in the iGaming industry or related fields such as Banking and Fintech is necessary.
- Proven negotiation skills and adaptability to organizational needs are essential.
- Qualified lawyer with experience in high-risk industries including Gambling, iGaming, FinTech, Crypto, Forex, or Payment systems.
- Previous roles as an AML officer or similar capacities are advantageous.
