Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely, on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction.
About the Role:- Manage a regional team of project and delivery managers.
- Drive performance, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Support the sales process through accurate scoping and resource planning.
- Act as the main escalation point for client issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or technical equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in consulting or professional services management.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects in the LATAM region.
- Deep understanding of project scoping, risk management, and operational excellence.
- Experience growing and managing professional services teams.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to recruit, manage, and retain top talent.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese (required), and Spanish fluency (strong plus).
