Junior Accounting Assistant - Remote Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Accounting Assistant to join our team on a remote basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and financial reporting, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of trial balances and financial statements;
  • Executing and managing spreadsheets and accounting reports;
  • Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable write-offs;
  • Recording, classifying, reclassifying, provisioning, and reversing accounting entries;
  • Reviewing bank transactions;
  • Organizing documentation related to the company's accounting;
  • Preparing documents and performing their accounting classification;

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent knowledge;
  • Advanced English skills (will be assessed during the interview);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
