Job Opportunity
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to develop an employer brand strategy and execute marketing plans that drive business results.
  • This role will be responsible for implementing branding programs through multiple touchpoints and ensuring a deep understanding of the client and target market to achieve profit and maximize long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a steward of the company's brand strategy and positioning platform, leading cross-functional project teams focused on executing branding programs and initiatives.
  • Help identify how our brand is positioned in the market and design a research-based brand strategy, analyzing customer knowledge, anticipating trends, developing market analysis, and ensuring best practices are followed to create successful strategies.
  • Develop and maintain brand messaging and visual elements, guiding creative direction to meet objectives of publicity and public communications.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message.
  • Communicate our brand personality internally and align the company around foundational concepts, ensuring consistency with tone and brand messaging.
  • Assist in creative direction to meet objectives of publicity and public communications, influencing brand initiatives to increase awareness and consideration and build market position.
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences and consumer opportunities, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives to increase brand awareness in different channels and segments.
  • Develop, execute, and track collateral and materials for internal and external purposes, developing and implementing brand marketing strategies, measuring and reporting on success of brand marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as an Employer Branding Marketing Manager with a positive track record in designing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing high-performance teams with excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Experience in B2B service marketing.
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
  • Creativity, strategic thinking, and trend savviness with a deep understanding of current digital marketing channels.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and service-oriented with solid prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Versatile, goal-oriented, driven, proactive, and experienced in networking and influencing decision-makers.
  • Advanced English level.
