Job Title: Software Engineering Lead

We are seeking an exceptional software engineering lead to join our team. As a senior member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of complex software systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure software architectures.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to help them grow in their careers.
- Work closely with product managers to prioritize features and deliver high-quality products on time.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Jenkins, etc..
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
