Chief Education Officer

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Early Years Head Teacher to join our educational community in Cuiabá, Brazil.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Pedagogy and a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, including 2 years as a head teacher of early childhood education. They will be responsible for teaching, preparing content, and managing students in school environments following the school's pedagogical plan.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide children's learning and promote learning experiences based on the school's pedagogical plan and the special needs of every student.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching classes and guiding children's learning
• Preparing content and managing students in school environments
• Analyzing student evolution and defining actions to improve performance
• Developing strategies to promote student improvement and engagement
• Promoting classes and differentiation strategies for students with learning difficulties

Requirements:

• A degree in Pedagogy
• A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
• 2 years experience as a head teacher of early childhood education

The selected candidate will work full-time, 40 hours per week, and will be responsible for ensuring safety, supervising students, and reporting observed behaviors and performance to the coordinator.
