We are a leading global technology services and consulting company, present in over 69 countries with a team of over 220,000 employees. We are looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team and contribute to our developer documentation ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, test, and measure internal developer documentation features to support various programs.
- Collaborate with product managers, program managers, architects, developers, and support engineers to understand product direction and customer needs.
- Research, test, and document feature sets for a technical audience.
- Understand, exercise, and document APIs, libraries, and applications.
- Investigate, implement, and document ways to improve tool sets and processes.
- Knowledge of APIs and API documentation.
- Web design and development basics (CSS, HTML, navigation).
- Experience with GitHub, Confluence wiki, and Stack Overflow.
- Office 365 (SharePoint, MS Teams, PowerPoint) and video editing skills a plus.
