Administrative Analyst Entry Level Role

We are seeking a professional to support our commercial team, focusing on administrative routines, market analysis, and indicator control.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and previous experience in the area is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, control, and advise on commercial activities with relevant business information.
  • Capture and input sales orders.
  • Promote studies of rationalization and monitor commercial performance.
  • Analyze strategies and activities of competitors.
  • Develop sales forecasts and market trend reports to assist management in decision-making.
  • Support the sales team in clarifying product and service questions.
  • Monitor receipts and payments, data entries, and deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Complete high school education.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Previous experience in the area is a plus.
Work Details:
  • Location: CEAGESP - Vila Leopoldina - SP.
  • Work hours: Monday to Friday 06:00-14:30, Saturday 06:00-12:00.
