As a key member of our professional services team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering technology implementation projects for our clients. Your primary objective will be to oversee the successful execution of projects within predetermined scope, timelines, and budget constraints. You must demonstrate unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, embodying the principles of customer-centricity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client stakeholder relationships effectively, fostering strong partnerships
- Design, develop, plan, and execute comprehensive customer program roadmaps
- Provide expert consultation on best practices in customer experience management to our clients
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the technologies we support, offering informed guidance to clients on optimal adoption strategies
- Oversee project planning, ensuring seamless internal coordination and task execution across teams
- Monitor and manage program profitability
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in customer relationship management, strategic program management, consulting, sales/business development, account management, and/or project management in a business-to-business environment
- Able to travel as required
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience with evidence of technical expertise
