We are seeking a seasoned SAP Basis expert to support the implementation and management of our cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in cross-functional teams.
Technical Requirements:- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications
- Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers
- Experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or other cloud solutions
- Experience with infrastructure operations, networks, interfaces, and Load Balancer topics related to SAP landscape management (TLO)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to design solutions end-to-end
- Experience in migrations (on-premise to Cloud, Cross cloud, Cross DCs)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of escalation procedures and proactive customer interaction
- Experience working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of cloud architecture and IT infrastructure
- Certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP fundamentals
- Experience with migration and upgrade projects, especially on S/4H Cloud
- Knowledge of project management, ITIL, or Lean fundamentals
